Cricut Imagine Sweet Thank You Card

I received a Cricut Imagine for Christmas and have had just a great time playing with it. I keep cutting and printing things and decided I should actually make use of them as the stack was getting pretty high!

I made this card using the Cricut Imagine More cartridge that came with the machine. I cut out the Sweet Tag using the layer function and then inked and distressed and embossed some of the edges. The tag was cut at 4" using relative sizing. The striped border was made by cutting two of the different borders on the cartridge using the layer function and then piecing them together after inking and distressing. I had to look at the screen to make sure that I had them large enough to cover the 4.25" width of the card. After gluing them down, I trimmed them to be flush with the edge of the card. I also stuck in a ribbon strip and ran the bottom layer through my Big Shot with a Tim Holtz (LOVE his stuff) embossing folder.
